Deine Aufgaben
- 1st & 2nd Level Support für unsere Softwarelösungen
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen per E-Mail, Ticketsystem und gelegentlich Telefon
- Analyse und Lösung technischer und fachlicher Probleme
- Unterstützung beim Onboarding neuer Kunden
- Erstellung und Pflege von Hilfeartikeln & Dokumentationen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Produktmanagement
- Qualitätssicherung durch Feedback aus dem Support
Dein Profil
- Erfahrung im Support, Helpdesk oder Customer Service (IT / Software von Vorteil)
- Technisches Grundverständnis (Web-Apps, Browser, ggf. SQL/API von Vorteil)
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Freundliche, serviceorientierte Kommunikation
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
Nice to have
- Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen (z. B. Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Erfahrung im SaaS-Umfeld
- Grundkenntnisse in HTML, SQL oder Web-Technologien
